Status codes decode through the labels the commission publishes in its own legend, and distances are metric from the coordinate given rather than from a parcel boundary. A radius around a point is a screen, not a compliance determination. Flowlines, inspections, violations, and spills are not reachable through this interface, and this source says so instead of implying coverage.
