On Explorer, every successful call counts, including searches and coverage checks. Failed calls are free. On paid plans, only completed property reports count, and you can connect your own data or supported vendor keys. If you resell access to your own customers, that is the OEM plan.

Yes. You can connect a restricted PostgreSQL source or bring your own vendor key where supported. Your source agreements, vendor plan, and permissions stay under your control.
Pricing is per company workspace, not per seat. Everyone in the workspace shares the same monthly reports. User limits are listed in each plan.
You can change or cancel a monthly plan for the next billing period. Annual plans are billed upfront. Enterprise and OEM agreements follow their contract terms.
Traffic is encrypted in transit, and stored source credentials are encrypted at rest. ParcelOps checks connector arguments before each request.
Enterprise starts at $75,000 per year for custom volume, coverage, security review, and service terms. OEM and partner licensing starts at $150,000 per year plus usage when your product gives separate customer companies their own access.
