The business-audit path constrains RECAP searches to bankruptcy dockets and returns name hits as potential identity matches. RECAP is a contributed archive and is not a complete substitute for PACER or a comprehensive bankruptcy search. No credentials are needed to start. A free CourtListener token is optional and raises the rate limit.

Enable the source
Turn on CourtListener for your MCP connection. No key is needed.

Open Claude settings
Launch Claude, click the profile button (bottom left), and go to Settings.

Access connectors
Open the Connectors tab, scroll to the bottom, and click “Add custom connector”.

Name your connector
Enter any name you’d like for this connector.

Get the connector URL
Log in to ParcelOps, open the /mcp page, and copy the connector URL you want to use.

Add the connector
Paste the URL into the “Remote MCP server URL” box and click Add.

Your CourtListener & RECAP connector is ready to use in Claude.
