Read the date before anything else: availability here is as of June 30, 2021, which is the newest fixed deployment release the FCC publishes on its open data portal, and it is not current buildout. Networks built, upgraded, retired, or resold since that date are absent, so treat an answer as a floor. The successor collection behind the National Broadband Map needs an FCC issued key, and the location fabric underneath it carries terms that forbid redistribution, so ParcelOps states that limit rather than approximating around it. Speeds are maximum advertised and self reported by the filer, never measured and never a service guarantee. One served location makes a whole census block read as served, and a rural block can span several square miles, so confirm serviceability, timeline, and any construction charge with the named provider.
