About Outlook
Connect a Microsoft work or personal account and let your AI client work inside your own mailbox: read and search messages, open attachments as readable text, and send mail with files it produced, such as a property report or a filled application. ParcelOps stores the sign-in encrypted, acts only on the mailbox you connect, and never sends mail on its own.
Setup
What Outlook needs before it will answer.

Open your workspace
Sign in to ParcelOps and open the sources page.

Sign in with Microsoft
Approve the access Microsoft shows you. You can withdraw it at any time from your Microsoft account.

Use it from your AI client
The connector becomes available on your MCP connection in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or another client.

Open Claude settings
Launch Claude, click the profile button (bottom left), and go to Settings.

Access connectors
Open the Connectors tab, scroll to the bottom, and click “Add custom connector”.

Name your connector
Enter any name you’d like for this connector.

Get the connector URL
Log in to ParcelOps, open the /mcp page, and copy the connector URL you want to use.

Add the connector
Paste the URL into the “Remote MCP server URL” box and click Add.

Start using
Your Outlook connector is ready to use in Claude.
