About Outlook Email Parser

A narrower companion to the Outlook connector for the case where the useful content is the attachment, not the message. Word, Excel, CSV, and text files become readable text; PDFs and images are handed to the model as native content. ParcelOps applies a size limit per file and reads only the mailbox you connect.

    Open your workspace

    Sign in to ParcelOps and open the sources page.

    Sign in with Microsoft

    Approve the access Microsoft shows you. You can withdraw it at any time from your Microsoft account.

    Use it from your AI client

    The connector becomes available on your MCP connection in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or another client.

    Open Claude settings

    Launch Claude, click the profile button (bottom left), and go to Settings.

    Access connectors

    Open the Connectors tab, scroll to the bottom, and click “Add custom connector”.

    Name your connector

    Enter any name you’d like for this connector.

    Get the connector URL

    Log in to ParcelOps, open the /mcp page, and copy the connector URL you want to use.

    Add the connector

    Paste the URL into the “Remote MCP server URL” box and click Add.
