About Regrid Premium Parcels
Connect your own Regrid plan to look up parcels at a coordinate or by address and receive Regrid’s standardized nationwide schema: parcel identifiers, owner, land-use description, zoning, GIS acreage, assessed land, improvement, and total values, and optional boundary geometry. ParcelOps stores your key encrypted and scrubs it from every response and error.

Create a Regrid API token
Generate a token in your Regrid account dashboard.

Add the encrypted key
Save the token in ParcelOps; it is stored encrypted and never shown again.

Ask about a parcel
Request parcel records by address or coordinate from your AI client.

Open Claude settings
Launch Claude, click the profile button (bottom left), and go to Settings.

Access connectors
Open the Connectors tab, scroll to the bottom, and click “Add custom connector”.

Name your connector
Enter any name you’d like for this connector.

Get the connector URL
Log in to ParcelOps, open the /mcp page, and copy the connector URL you want to use.

Add the connector
Paste the URL into the “Remote MCP server URL” box and click Add.
