About SAM.gov Entities & Exclusions
Use the SAM.gov Entity Management API to search public registrations by legal name, UEI, or CAGE code and screen the active Exclusions API. Responses preserve identifiers, registration status, address evidence, excluding agency, and program details. A missing result is reported as not found for that query rather than proof that an entity does not exist. A free SAM.gov API key is required and public rate limits depend on the account role. Legacy D&B-supplied fields retain the attribution and permissible-use limits published in GSA's API documentation; this connector is not a bulk-harvesting surface.

Sign in to SAM.gov and create a public API key.

Open the connector card in /mcp and save the key.

Open Claude settings
Launch Claude, click the profile button (bottom left), and go to Settings.

Access connectors
Open the Connectors tab, scroll to the bottom, and click “Add custom connector”.

Name your connector
Enter any name you’d like for this connector.

Get the connector URL
Log in to ParcelOps, open the /mcp page, and copy the connector URL you want to use.

Add the connector
Paste the URL into the “Remote MCP server URL” box and click Add.
