About Texas Appraisal History

Texas Appraisal History covers roughly 13.2 million parcels across all 252 Texas counties in the Exempt.Land corpus. Find a property by street address, by appraisal district owner name, by legal description, by a point on a map, or by a map window, then read its full record: owner and owner classification, legal description, mailing address, acreage, appraisal values, and boundary geometry. Read every collected appraisal year from 2019 onward, including agricultural, wildlife, homestead, over-65, and exemption-code fields. Screen rural land in a county by acreage range and owner type, such as tracts over 100 acres held by an LLC. The Homeowner Appraisal Summary calculates the dollar and percentage change in value, identifies whether land or improvements drove it, and adds the county appraisal district contact and protest portal. The connector reads the existing Exempt.Land corpus only when a user asks. It copies no parcel rows into ParcelOps and runs no background synchronization. Agricultural and wildlife status is collected for every year present, but homestead and over-65 are absent from roughly 97 percent of rows: a blank there means the county year was never collected, not that the exemption is absent. Owner type is inferred from the district owner-name string rather than a corporate registry, and about 31 percent of parcels cannot be classified. Results are appraisal district records, not verified sale prices, title evidence, or legal boundaries, and the geometry is not survey grade.
