About US Public Assessments

US Public Assessments gives AI agents one small, predictable workflow across selected government property APIs: choose an official source, find an address or parcel, review the latest assessment or up to three published years, and produce a homeowner action summary. It separates market, assessed, taxable, land, and improvement values instead of treating them as interchangeable. It also names the publishing authority, history depth, attribution, and local gaps. ParcelOps queries one source only when asked, returns at most five matches, requests no parcel geometry or owner mailing fields, performs no background sync, and stores no upstream property rows.
